Service Description

This class is designed to be fun and social for local mature people to get into the groove and to move the body to music. To mobilise joints, encourage stability and balance and keep your body moving and grooving longer. Wheelchairs users welcome and chairs can be available if needed, all abilities welcome. Refreshments will be provided at the end of class for a chit chat and cool down. Music suggestions welcome.
